3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

bd17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Attempts at fraud, manipulation, or gaining unfair advantages.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

All financial transactions at bd17 are completed in a secure and fast manner. We support only local payment methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• For bank transfers, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or other scheduled banks may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• There are no restrictions on withdrawing real money, but wagering requirements must be met for funds linked to a bonus.
• For any unusual or suspicious transactions, bd17 may request additional verification.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, processing time may be longer if additional verification is required.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• ৳28,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳48,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the real money deposited.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry; if not used within the set time, it will be cancelled.
• Each bonus may be claimed only once per member, per household, per device, or per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for playing.
• bd17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If manipulation or bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

All active bd17 members are automatically enrolled in the VIP Loyalty Program. By playing regularly, members advance through tiers step by step and enjoy higher weekly cashback.

Cashback is paid each week at a set rate based on the member's net losses. bd17 reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Using low-risk betting strategies to meet bonus requirements (such as placing bets on both sides simultaneously).
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to play or gain an advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of bets.
• Misconduct or threatening behavior toward bd17 staff.
• Exploiting any technical errors or vulnerabilities on the platform.

bd17 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be an entertainment activity — never a source of income or a way to solve problems.

• Only play with money that, if lost, will not affect your standard of living.
